Selection Process
We believe in attracting only the most committed and passionate individuals. Our selection process is designed to ensure that only the most suitable candidates join the academy. The selection process consists of three stages:
Complete the online application form, ensuring that you highlight your interest in tech and your career goals. Provide any relevant work or educational experience.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a timed aptitude test that assesses problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and technical potential.
Candidates who pass the aptitude test will be invited for a final interview. Here, we will evaluate their passion, commitment, and readiness for the rigorous training program.Successful candidates will be admitted to the program and can immediately begin their journey toward tech excellence.
